Page 114 ![Page 114の画像](https://img01.ebook5.net/keio-ic-student/handbook2026/contents/image/book/medium/image-000114.jpg) 【ページ内のテキスト情報】 3学生教育研究災害傷害保険大学の教育研究活動中に生じた不慮の事故により身体に傷害を受けた場合の救済措置として、学部・大学院の正規生、研究生・特別短期留学生（国費留学生と一部の交換留学生のみ）、別科・日本語研修課程および慶應インターナショナルプログラム（KIP）の学生を対象に、大学が保険料を負担して「学生教育研究災害傷害保険」に加入しています。教育研究活動中とは、大学内外での正課、大学行事、課外活動（学外の場合は事前に大学への届出が必要）を指します。また住居と学校施設等との間の通学、学校施設等相互間の移動中に発生した事故も対象となります。ただし、病気はこの保険の対象となりません。また、怪我の完治までに要した通院の回数によっては、この保険の対象とならないこともあります。上記活動中に傷害を受けた場合は、まずは所属キャンパスの学生部・学生課学生生活担当窓口に相談してください。4国民年金日本国内に住むすべての人は、20歳になった時から国民年金の被保険者となり、保険料の納付が義務づけられています。学生については、申請により在学中の保険料の納付が猶予される「学生納付特例制度」等が設けられています。所得が少なく国民年金保険料を納められない場合は、住んでいる区/市役所の窓口に相談してください。5病院にかかりたいとき英語ができる医師や職員が常時勤務している病院はあまりありませんが、インターナショナルクリニックや、総合病院では英語での診療をしているところが多いです。通訳者が同伴できれば、近傍のクリニックでも対応してくれる場合があります。出かける前に、あらかじめ、下記の医療情報センターに相談するか、行きたい病院に直接問い合わせしましょう。医療機関を受診する際には、健康保険証利用登録済のマイナンバーカード、もしくは区役所等から交付された資格確認書を持参しましょう。麻しん（はしか）、風しん、流行性耳下腺炎（おたふくかぜ）、水痘（みずぼうそう）、百日咳、インフルエンザ、新型コロナウイルス感染症などの学校感染症にかかった場合は、「7-3-(4).感染症の予防措置」の指示に従い対応してください。105 ##
